The Role: Virtual Administrative Medical Assistant (VAMA)

The VAMA provides remote support to healthcare providers by handling scheduling, patient communication, documentation, and general

 administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Manage calls, emails, and patient inquiries

 • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain provider calendars.

 • Update patient information and records in EMR/EHR systems.

 •  Assist with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and referrals.

 • Coordinate with patients regarding forms, reminders, and follow-ups.

 • Support the billing team with insurance details and missing documents.

 • Prepare reports, organize digital files, and attend virtual meetings.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in medical administrative or receptionist roles.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance basics.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA standards is an added advantage.

• Are willing to work in the Night Shift

• Have cumulatively more than 50% & above in 10th and 12th.
