- In case of any dispute, users must contact our support team for resolution.
Liability & Disclaimers
- WorkSurely is a platform that connects job seekers and recruiters but does not guarantee any job placements or do not hold control over any selection or rejections, job parameters, job applicants and hiring employers or by any other means.
- We are not responsible for third-party employer actions or misleading job post or fake candidate applications.
- We are not responsible for any type of loss to the users by any other means.
- Users agree to indemnify WorkSurely against legal claims arising from misuse of the platform.
Governing Law & Disputes
All arising disputes will be handled under the Indian law and any legal matters shall be resolved in the District & Session Court, Pune only.
